Welcome Friends!
News & Updates
What We've Been Up To:
Builders: Built 20 mini-greenhouses for the Assateague Coastal Trust Kids Program! And now we are building several types of bird house kits for the AP Environmental Science class at James M. Bennett High School.
Transformers: Our own ENVRster, Ryan, received grant money through the GREEN FUND for his bicycle powered generator. Eventually you will see this installation on campus for your enjoyment! We will be having our first transformer meeting this week! We will keep you updated on the time.
Foodies: Come make some great food Thursdays at 6:30 @ the ENVR house.
Educators: Come discuss some great ideas to inform the campus on sustainability and what we are trying to accomplish this semester.
Upcoming Events:
Hazel Outdoor Discovery Center Clean-up: 3/7 @ 9am-1pm - Come join us at Hazel Outdoor Discovery Center in Eden, MD. We will be working on some trail maintenance so wear proper clothing! Lunch will be provided at no cost as well. A couple of us did this last year and had a blast! If you need help getting a ride to the location, text or call Ryan Tant (VP) @ 410-570-0377.
